Opening of "That’s the Cake" bakery at the Castle Hills Villages Shops and Plaza on Sunday, July 4th Bright Realty is pleased to announce That’s the Cake, an award-winning bakery, is opening shop in Castle Hills Sunday, July 4, at the Castle Hills Villages Shops and Plaza. Owner and baker Nancy Jo Newsom brings 25 years experience in baking specialty desserts and pastries to the neighborhood with custom-made layer cakes, Bundt cakes, cookies and cupcakes.
“Our top priority is baking the best-tasting, highest quality cakes possible,” said Nancy. “We make each cake by hand using only the finest of ingredients. We never use margarine, shortening, pre-made cake fillings, artificial ingredients or preservatives in our cakes. And every That’s the Cake creation is one of a kind and made to order.”
