The Lakes at Castle Hills Clubhouse: Construction Update

recent news Published Articles February 02, 2015

Major renovations at The Lakes are on schedule and moving right along! Construction is underway on the main clubhouse which, at completion, will add more than 12,500-square-feet of additional space, bringing the clubhouse’s total square footage to a whopping 23,477-square-feet! This extra space will feature expanded adult and family dining areas, a new treatment spa, a new kid’s area, much larger locker rooms, a larger kitchen and a new golf shop. The updates in this portion of the project, anticipated for completion by late summer, also include a men’s and women’s 19th Hole bar and grill and nearby event lawn.

This renovation follows the brand-new 4,444-square-foot Fitness and Wellness facility that the Lakes recently built adjacent to the Clubhouse. Members are working toward their New Year’s health and fitness goals with an impressive list of the latest work out equipment including PreCore, Life Fitness, Hammer Strength, Iron Grip and TRX brands.

Golf is still in full swing at The Lakes and families can take advantage of club dining in a relocated, temperature-controlled outdoor area.
