Bright Realty brokered one new lease, The Salty Cow; one assignment, CoCo Nails; and one renewal, Deep Pool Holdings, in the busy Castle Hills Village Shops. The Salty Cow is a family-owned specialty food shop with top quality food items both imported and sourced from local famers and small businesses. The 806-square-foot shop will specialize in artisan cheeses and select meats, local honey and jams, farm fresh dairy products, olive oil and vinegar, gourmet popcorn, fine chocolates and more. CoCo Nails signed a five-year lease and will assume the 1,125-square-foot space previously occupied by LStudio Nail salon. Deep Pool Holdings renewed its 1,163-square-foot office space. Tim McNutt and Britton Lankford represented the landlord, Bright Realty, in all three transactions.
The Salty Cow adds to the already impressive list of eateries and specialty retailers at the Village Shops. TKO Libations, a craft brewery, is opening in the shops this fall. Other Village Shops tenants includeTBD Kitchen, PI.E 3.14 Everyday Eatery, Kanzi Sushi & Hibachi and conveniences such as a boutique pet supply store; a pet groomer; hair salon; dental, chiropractic and orthodontic offices; a convenience store and a liquor store; and more. Developer Bright Realty also sponsors regular community events at the Village Shops such as the upcoming Fall Festival, a free event that will draw thousands to the community, which currently has approximately 4,000 single family homes.
