Bright Realty is keeping the popular Castle Hills Village Shops full with both new leases and renewals. The Village Shops is located at 2560 King Arthur Blvd in Lewisville in the master-planned Castle Hills community. The neighborhood destination has a variety of eateries, retail shops, neighborhood conveniences, an outdoor plaza area with shaded seating, a permanent stage and water features for casual neighborhood get-togethers as well as popular developer-sponsored community events.
Bright Realty's Britton Lankford brokered new leases for a 1,546-square-foot Brazilian Tan location and a 225-square-foot executive suite for ESP Acquisition Holdings. Lankford represented Bright Realty in the lease of the 1,000-square-foot Ramen Izakaya Akira, a traditional Japanese ramen restaurant that is now open for dinner. Dawn Pothoff of Coldwell Banker represented Ramen Izakaya Akira.
Additionally, Lankford represented Bright Realty in the lease of a 2,791-square-foot Cleaning for a Reason location. This nonprofit offers free house cleaning services to women throughout the United States and Canada who are undergoing treatment for any type of cancer. The service allows women to focus on their health and treatment while their homes are cleaned free of charge. Chuck Green with Chuck Green & Associates represented the tenant in the transaction.
Lankford also represented Bright Realty in the lease renewal for American Pup Culture, a pet grooming location, in the lease renewal of its 2,282-square-foot location. Tim McNutt represented the tenant in the transaction.
Opening soon in the Village Shops is the 2,600-square-foot Grind Burger Bar & Tap Room, in Bright Realty's new and final phase, Phase V, which consists of 5,206 square feet of retail under 18 condominiums, all of which were purchased by early 2018.
These recently opened retailers add to the quickly growing Village Shops destination, and join other recently added retailers such as The London Baker, a specialty bakery featured on Food Network; TKO Libations, a neighborhood craft brewery; and The Salty Cow, a gourmet cheese and provisions shop. Village Shops tenants also include TBD Kitchen, PI.E 3.14 Everyday Eatery, Kanzi Sushi & Hibachi, Z's Wok and Sophia's Kitchen. Neighborhood conveniences include a women's hair salon, men's barber, dog groomer, pet boutique and nail salon as well as dental, chiropractic and orthodontic offices, a convenience store, professional photographer and more. The developer, Bright Realty, sponsors regular community events in the plaza such as the upcoming annual Holiday in the Plaza, drawing thousands to the location. Castle Hills Village Shops also provides residential opportunities including condominiums over retail and townhomes overlooking Lake Avalon.
