Biography:

Sarah Jones has joined the Bright Realty team as vice president of Corporate Services. In her role, Jones will focus on office lease representation, including full facility relocation, expansions and reductions in facility space, acquisitions and dispositions, build-to-suit and design projects, multi-location facility roll-out, development of corporate standards and more. 

“The current economy is a challenge for some, but a great opportunity for me to obtain more leverage for my clients. I thrive on challenge and look forward to helping companies make the most of their real estate investments,” said Jones, who prides herself on giving clients the attention they deserve regardless of size. 

Jones has served as a corporate real estate advisor with Banner Commercial and as a project manager for Terex Corporation. “The experience I have allows me to understand the importance of budgets and project schedules,” Jones said, “as well as operational and business issues that can arise with any real estate transaction.” When not working, Jones spends time with her husband and two sons, and volunteers for several economic development committees, non-profit and civic organizations in her community, including the Crime Victims Association of Texas.
