Biography: Elizabeth joined Bright Realty as an associate on the Commercial Sales and Leasing Team in 2008. Her primary focus is office and retail project leasing for Bright Realty properties and client properties while also being actively involved in business development. Some of Elizabeth’s current projects include Castle Hills Village Shops, a Multi-Million Dollar Mixed-Use Development with 150,000 square feet of retail, restaurant and office in North Dallas and The Bright Building, 2 miles north of downtown Dallas at 75 and Fitzhugh with over 55,000 square feet of office space. Prior to joining Bright Realty, Elizabeth worked for a global Commercial Real Estate Company, based out of New York, as an Operations Manager and Executive Team Lead. She is an active member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors, involved in the Programs Committee for the International Council of Shopping Centers and on the Commercial Real Estate Women Dallas Division Services Committee.
