Biography:
Bright Realty welcomes Britton Lankford to the team as Commercial Leasing and Sales Associate. Lankford joins Bright Realty with more than six years of commercial real estate experience.  Prior to joining the Bright team, Lankford worked for Century 21 Commercial where he managed 13 agents and handled tenant representation, successful site selection, lease negotiation and the opening of prosperous retail sites.  He also served Cross Development, overseeing all aspects of Wal-Mart Super Center-shadowed retail projects with site selection and leasing.

“My experience overseeing large-scale projects has given me experience with land owners, city municipalities, architects, engineers, general contractors, lenders, investment sales teams and, of course, leasing agents,” said Lankford.  “These relationships allow me to better understand what it takes to provide a successful retail site with prosperous tenants. I’m excited to join the Bright Realty team and I look forward to contributing to the success of The Bridges.”

Lankford is a licensed realtor in the state of Texas, a member of North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors and the International Council of Shopping Centers.  He lives in Plano with his wife and two boys, ages 3 and 5.
